Marcia Poe is a nutritionist ,speaker, author,hygienist, and educator. She has her B.S. in Dental Hygiene from the University of Nebraska and a Master's Degree in Biology/Clinical Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport.

She is in her second decade in teaching at the college level, both on-site and on-line for Park and Baker Universities. She has traveled with "People-to-People" to Russia, Poland and the UK. Meeting with health professionals and government leaders to discuss health promotion and policy.

A member of the National Speaker's Association, she speaks to groups about her passions, Nutrition and Dentistry! " Nutrition is the 'Floss' for your General Health!" is her motto.
